2. Frita Cubana Burger

3. Kefi Lamb Burger

Chef Michael Psilakis' signature Kefi Lamb Burger is served on a fresh brioche bun and is topped with a variety of Mediterranean ingredients like fresh arugula, sweet onion, Greek olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.

4. The Cadillac Burger

P.J. Clarke's signature burger, the Cadillac Burger has been on the menu for close to 130 years and was given its name by famous American jazz artist Nat King Cole, who proclaimed in the late 1950s that the P.J. Clarke's burger was, "the Cadillac of burgers!" The burger is comprised of a beef patty, lettuce, tomato, smoked country bacon, and American cheese.

5. Tolo Burger

The Tolo Burger is made with chef Medina's signature blend of beef, which is ground in-house, and is a combination of ground beef sirloin, ground beef short ribs, ground skirt steak, and kosher salt. He tops the patty with chipotle-cabbage slaw, poblano queso fundido, and serves it with spicy fries.
