Foursquare Tips

  • Worst New York dining experience of all time. Suffocating service. Abysmal cheese plate. Never, never again.
  • Hotel crowd. Cocky bartenders. Lots of space. Not worth the trip. Guaranteed to have a quiet night. Older scene.
  • I see my friend just checked in here after I gave this place a scathing review. Evacuate immediately Yooey!!!
  • Expect a u-shaped bar, finished in sleek wood. Full menu - . The dining room takes inspiration from the luxe train car from the golden age of railroads - the Orient Express
  • The Clarkson has been open for a half a minute so ignore the service comments. Bar service was friendly, great selection and ambiance. Shaved Brussels sprout salad and tartare deviled eggs!
  • A bartender who meticulously measures the alcohol and ingredients of his drinks is either micromanaged or a bad mixologist.
  • You're new, and seem to draw a heavily female clientele - please add hooks under the bar for purses, etc..!
  • Bartenders are awesome especially "stilo"
  • Second time here. Arguably some of best cocktails in city. We've had nothing but great service and amazing sound system.
  • Excellent service and the starters are all really tasty. Highly recommend the pork belly and deviled steak tartare!
  • Great service! Deviled steak tartare was my favourite!
  • Small plates, kinda pricey and not very tasty. Also the staff is kind of snooty. The place is empty most of the time and they'll still pretend like it's super full, making you wait for a table. #worst
  • good: pretty space. bad: slow service despite nearly empty restaurant on a saturday night; ridiculously snotty hosts. ugly: overpriced, mediocre food and drinks. NOPE.
  • Service was great. Staff was very accommodating.
  • Brunch for lunch is a nice option but I highly recommend the potato wedges.
  • Try the trumpet mushroom salad!
  • Menu not impressive. Everything is overpriced, including the drinks. $18 for a 12 year Macallan? Get the fuck out of here!
  • Really slow lunch service and the salad portions were very small but reasonably priced.
  • Went with a large group on a Saturday afternoon and it was completely empty. Waitress was very accommodating, truly exceeding all expectations. The drinks did the trick, the apps were nothing special
  • some of the employees are cunty
