Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 Cup yogurt
- ½ Cup blackberries
- 1 Cup kale
- 2 Teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ Cup ice
