Tips
- Even though the warm, cheesy yucca bread with guava butter is complimentary, it's so delicious, we'd gladly pay for it.
- go to chifa and get the pork buns
- Order delicious Dim Sum and Ceviche at Chifa, Jose Garces's Latin-Asian inspired restaurant.
- Try the Express Lunch, Mon. to Sat. For $12.50, you get a choice of salad and a choice of any second course item on the lunch menu (we love the Thai sausage sandwich), plus a non-alcoholic beverage.
- worth every penny, tasting menu was very good choice, ask for the seats in the back - better ambiance
- Try the crab empanadas, the slickly lacquered barbecue pork ribs, and the mussels in fragrant coconut broth.
- You can't go wrong with the Peruvian style ceviche.
- Peruvian/Cantonese fusion. The unique dishes such as the duck tacos and crab empanadas are worth trying. Many types of ceviche are also on the menu.
- Chifa's concept raised a few eyebrows when first revealed, but the Cantonese-Peruvian fusion restaurant proved that with the right execution, anything is possible. Pork Buns and Ceviche are the stuff.
- The Jade Fox cocktail is absolutely delicious!
- Try the pork belly buns!
- Great lunch special. I love Chifa!
- Jose Garces. Enough said. Also fabulousAmada & Tinto
- If you get nothing else, get the Chinese five spice pork. One of the best dishes I have ever eaten.
- Have to try the pork buns, the chaufa, and the lobster bowl. All delicious.
- Order the Thai Sausage Sandwich. The slightly sweet, aromatic Thai sausage is house-made, and the perfect counterpoint to the fire of the mayo and hot peppers. YUM!
- Great tapas! Empanadas , mussels, and lobster bowl were exceptional
- Pork buns, empanada, ecuadorean ceviche and lychee sangria were the best ones...amazing!
- Unbelievably good food. Expensive but great. Don't order pho.
- Red Curry is awesome
