Chefs At Home: Ilan Hall's Los Angeles Home [Slideshow]

Let's take a moment to appreciate those adorable shoes.

The Kitchen

Considering that Hall is just renting the house, the kitchen is still fairly impressive. The stove on the right, you'll notice, is the same stove that Suzanne Tracht has in her home.

The Giant T

One the left: Theo's toys. On the right: A giant T from the Rose Bowl Flea Market, in honor of Theo.

Kitchen Artwork

On the left, a portrait Hall's friend took of him. On the right, and random sign that somehow ended up on the wall.

The Dining Room

The open dining room features artwork from Colorado-based artist Evan Hecox. One the four paintings, however, was done by Theo.

A Scene From Outside

The light-up T rarely gets used, but it works.

Backyard Patio

Thanks to the warm California weather, Hall is able to take advantage of the back patio space for parties at least once a month. Plus, there's plenty of foraging to be done in the backyard.

Rosemary

And of course, there is always fresh rosemary growing on the windowsill.

Foie Gras Tacos

Hall just so happened to have some forbidden foie gras in his fridge, as leftover ingredients from Knife Fight.

Tortilla Press

Naturally, he had to make his own tortillas from scratch.

Foie Gras Tacos

The final touches on the tacos.

And voilà! Hall shared them with Theo, who, despite his protestations of "Spicy!", kept eating them.

Theo

And of course, here is Theo, surfer hair and all (with Hall's business partner and friend Natan Zion on the left).

Bonus Puppy

For all they know, this pup is just a little mutt.
