For a quick snack, these pretzels will never dissapoint. It only takes less than 10 minutes and minimal store-bought ingredients. You and your kids will not only have fun making these, but eating them, too.
- 2 1/2 Cups baking mix, such as Bisquick
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking sheet. Combine baking mix, milk, and cheese in bowl.
Roll into 8-by-12-inch rectangle on floured surface. Cut into strips.
Twist each strip into pretzel shape and place on greased baking sheet.
Brush strips with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
