Check Out The 'Jiro Dreams Of Sushi' Director's Sushi Nozawa Video

Looks like David Gelb was pairing gorgeous cuts of sushi with classical music long before his Jiro Dreams of Sushi days.

Chef Kazunori Nozawa of Sushi Nozawa, which will close today after 25 years of business, was featured in this mini documentary from Gelb, with Nozawa spouting lessons like, "With sushi you need at least 20 years of experience, but it's not enough."

Gelb, whose gorgeous sushi documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi hits theaters March 9, told us in an interview that he wasn't planning on a solo-chef feature. "I was originally going to make the film about four different sushi chefs," he said. We wonder if Nozawa would've been one of the four.
