Foursquare Tips

  • Get the clam chowder, might be the best in Chatham!
  • Get hammered drunk in the tavern.
  • Awesome service; oysters, chowder and beer = awesome.
  • You can eat dinner at the bar. Don't wait for a table.
  • The quintessential Chatham restaurant. It's been here for over 40 years and is loved by locals and visitors alike. And it's open year-round!
  • The candles are fake, but they look very real
  • Lobster bisque is amazing!
  • The food is actually good though pricy for the atmosphere and not inventive. The hospitality leaves a lot to be desired as well.
  • Can you believe it. If they don't like the music you play on the AMI digital juke box they skip and move on to next song. And keep skipping until they hear something that suits them. How dare they.
  • Eh, meh. The clam chowder was good. Everything else...
  • on Monday nights this place is filled with straight filet mignon like if your wanting to meet a hot ass bitch or a rich ass dude who wears salmon colored shorts then come join the party
  • Expected much better, definitely a tourist trap. Expensive for very sub par food (we got the sirloin and chicken piccata). Also encountered rude ladies at the front desk, server was nice though.
  • Order the Quahogs! Theeee best! Make sure you wash it down with a nice cold Sam Adams! I miss you Squire! See you August 2013
  • The tips don't lie, this chowder really is the best.
  • Soooo Cape Cod...
  • i NEEDA SUM HERB, anyone plez help me im @end of bar
  • avoid this place like the plague on weekends in season
  • Recommended by many local merchants but the food was not that great.
  • Sherry and brandy infused lobster bisque = yum!
  • You name it - it's good! A fixture in Chatham for a reason - don't miss an opportunity to eat there
