Foursquare Tips

  • Beautiful views. Get here early afternoon to see the boats unload the fish. You might even see a seal or two.
  • Great place to check out the seals and pick up some lobsters for dinner!
  • Watching the boats unload the fish is an awesome experience. Get a good spot near the "slide."
  • This place is a must when you visit the cape! You get to watch the fishermen unload the daily catch (1-3pm) and then you get to buy the freshest seafood you'll ever taste.
  • Watch for seals!
  • Get here around 11ish to see the fishing boats come in. Check out the seals looking for scraps
  • Great view!
  • The Lobster roll was very good, though I would have held the paprika. There is no seating, just two picnic tables outside. Noisy trucks didn't add to the atmosphere. Tip: take it to go!
  • The lobster rolls are light on lobster and heavy on mayo and greens. Stick to the fish and chips, and don't leave without a pint of chowder.
  • Youre not going to find fresher seafood anywhere in the country as the commercial fishing boats literally unload and process their catch 50 feet away from the retail shop.
  • decent lobster roll - the bun is perfectly buttered and toasted, but the size of the bun is too big for the amount of lobster meat.
  • Beautiful pier for picture taking, great views
  • Best fish + chips in Chatham. Absolute perfection.
  • Going to the fish pier is an annual tradition for my family. Watch the fishermen unload and then pick up some fresh fish for dinner!
  • Anything fish!
  • Best fish and chips on either side of the Atlantic. Order the kiddy portion if you can't manage the full adult one. They'll also pack fish in ice if you want to take some home.
  • Food had no taste. Lobster rolls had no kick, buns were dry. Clam chowder had no clams
  • Fab fish sandwich
  • There's extra parking at the nearby school.
  • They will cook a fresh lobster for you if you give them an hour notice. Great place for a lobster picnic.
