Tips

  • The tradition at CH Distillery is one of the 100 best things we drank this year. http://tmout.us/rLOtk
  • Delicious cocktails and a very sweet hostess!
  • The smoky gin in the OxyContin is to. die. for. Bloody Mary's aren't bad either - nice & spicy!
  • Liquor is very raw. Needs some time to age. Not a place to 'ball on a budget' I recommend the Czech Mate cocktail.
  • Fantastic cocktails
  • Great service, cocktails, and snacks. Has a few board games to play as well.
  • Try lots of fun cocktails using their own liquors and home made mixers
  • Great mixologists! Recommend the short ribs and burger. Came here for my birthday and will return again!
  • Vodka, close to your CHI Office
  • Lori is awesome!
  • Service industry discount Tuesdays thru Thursday - 50% off the entire check from 8-10pm.
  • You'll need a reservation ... It's a small space with some pretty innovative drinks.
  • Very innovative concept with handcrafted spirits. Unique drinks: persuasion, what she's having and so on.
  • Warm up this winter with the hottest toddies Chicago has to offer. This delicious drink is made with chestnut bourbon, lemon, honey syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Very relaxing spot, the drinks weren't as strong as I'd like, but tasted decently overall, definitely will visit again, service was very attentive, so that's a big plus.
  • CH Distillery is like a temple to vodka. Enjoy their vodka neat, on the rocks, or order The Tradition: the classic Russian method where you smell rye bread, take the shot and eat a pickle.
  • CH Distillery & Cocktail Bar, Check out Freebie, its awesome!
  • Try the Cease and Desist. Word is in used to be named after OxyContin, until they were served with a cease and desist letter to change the name.
  • Try the spirit of du Sable, which was created from distilling Ale Syndicate's du Sable hoppy saison, mixed with honey syrup and bitters in the In Good Company cocktail.
  • The Cease and Desist is hands down one of the best drinks I've had in Chicago.
