  • Must see....walk the sea wall
  • Go to the fort at night and be prepared to get spooked. There is something otherwordly there and it is impossible to put into words.
  • The Ghost Adventures team investigates an old Spanish fort in St. Augustine, FL.
  • Check out the oldest fortification in the continental us, 6.00 to get in but free to walk around the grounds.
  • Amazing place. They have a live canon demostration and you get to walk around the oldest structure built in the US. A must see! Highly recommended!!!

  • Make sure you watch them fire the canons!!
  • Try to catch the park ranger and volunteer performers when they shoot the canons. It's an added treat.
  • Go to the NE sentry point. And just stare out past the inlet toward the ocean. It's looked the same for hundreds and hundreds of years.
  • This Spanish fort was built in 1672 and staff in period uniforms fire off cannons most weekends. Kids can look out over the bay and pretend to be sentries spotting pirate ships.
  • The view from the sea wall is amazing. A true Florida treasure!
  • Gorgeous at night.
  • Go on a cool day (like under 70F) b/c it's swelteringly hot in there. I made the mistake of going in July, I nearly passed out in the heat!

  • Here on a rainy day an the deck was open. Very cool piece of history. A must see. Check out the cannon presentation.
  • Cannons shot every day at 11:30...see it from the sun deck. Amazing experience and wonderful views. The National Park staff are so wonderful at teaching the kids!
  • Great history, beautiful site, and the bathrooms are air conditioned!
  • Cannon shooting on weekends every hour from 11:30 to 15:30.
  • Bring plenty of sunscreen when on the top deck. Make sure to check out the film in the theater.
