Tips
- Canon opened nearly a year ago, and it remains one of the hottest cocktail bars in town, thanks to its ambition.
- Order the roulette. You may be surprised but not disappointed.
- Sit at the bar and watch the bartenders mix drinks.
- Before you get drunk: order the flatbread a la greco. After you get drunk: order the flatbread a la greco.
- Ask for the unicorn helmet if it's your birthday. Be persistent. They might not give it to you the first time, but will give in eventually.
- Try the aged la bicyclette. It's beautiful...and comes in a flask.
- Best smelling bar bathroom I've ever smelt.
- Murray is the dude! He's a cocktail wizard and can read your mind! Look out!
- Murray is king. You are in great hands when he is crafting your cocktail!
- The place is dripping with antiquated, old-world charm. You need to try the pork belly sliders, tip your bartender, and thank me later. And use their bathroom :)
- Go to the bathroom here
- Get the salmon. You will not be disappointed...except when your plate is empty and the food is gone.
- Ask for Murry! You will recognize why he is awesome!
- Pork buns. Pork buns. Pork buns. Pork. Buns. PORK! BUNS!
- Go to the bathroom. If only I could steal it and take it back to San Francisco.
- Bring a group and get a (huge!) bowl of punch - fun and delicious!
- Cocktails are Tony and overpriced, but well made.
- The campfire in Georgia isn't just a drink it's an experience! Waft it in!
- Campfire in Georgia
- Have no reservations with respect to reservations. The presentation of the drinks alone is worth the visit.
