Foursquare Tips

  • I found some beef tendon stuck to my iPhone case after I left. And I ate it. Remember to take those marrow bones with you for soups and stocks and stuff. This place is so, so good
  • 450 beers to pair with what The Cannibal does really well: meat. Grab a spot at the butcher counter or head outside in the back when the weather is nice. Pay with Cover and skip waiting for the check!
  • Beer should be paired with beef jerky. Always.
  • I go there to have my beers curated by the most knowledgable staff. And the grilled cheese with pork belly and bacon is like crack I got a few of my friends hooked on it.
  • Craft beers, good food, Wu-tang and bartenders who know what the &@$! they're talking about.
  • The new spot features a butcher and sammy shop with charcuterie (American hams, house-made boudin noir, etc.), 350+ beers and sandwiches filled with things like mutton and pig's head.
  • Grab a seat at the bar and test the bartenders' encyclopedic knowledge of beer. Don't hesitate to pick a beer yourself out of the fridges at the front if you're feeling adventurous / impatient.
  • Beef jerky is spicy and addictive. Don't be afraid of the lamb tartare, it was amazing.
  • If you like beer and meat, you've just hit the jackpot by coming here. Enjoy.
  • Recommended dishes: Boudin blanc, smoked bluefish rillettes, curried egg toast, corned beef tongue.
  • O barrense que me atendeu foi um tanto antiptico, mas todo o resto muito bom. um paraso cervejeiro e para quem curte cortes, embutidos e queijos especiais.
  • Del Posto pastry chef Brooks Headley launched his veggie burger pop-up, Superiority Burger, to raves and long lines earlier this summer. The next pop-up takes place at the Cannibal on August 10.
  • Don't let the the name shy you away. Try the salami plate and selection of cheeses!!
  • The beer list is quite intimidating (it as long as some wine lists) but the friendly bartender will help you out. The Car Bombs are a must and the pigs head intrigues us. Next time.
  • Awesome place!@ regretpride
  • Pigs. Head. Cuban. Go get it.
  • The bone marrow is fantastic! As well as the sour beer they have on tap from Germany. Will be back soon
  • Get the house made pretzel. So soft, salty and delish! Perfect with a pint.
  • Amazing beer selection, delicious food. Outdoor area is really nice. Will be coming back to try the pig!
  • Awesome beer selection. The beef jerky and pretzels are incredible.
