Foursquare Tips

  • This place is f*ckin' brilliant in the summer. But dudes wearing board shorts here, chill.
  • $1 oysters on Mondays... Do it.
  • Very dissapointing... Sucks cause this place has the potential to be really good... Save your money or go to Joes Crab Shack instead
  • Mac and cheese and corn are totally worthy the $$ as a nice extra or side. Great atmosphere and wait staff. Always a fun time.
  • Great place to hang out, relax and grab some raw bar. Habanero Margarita is addictive. Mussels, Peel n' Eat, and Cool Platter are satisfying. Staff is friendly and the place is wonderfully built.
  • New indoor/outdoor seafood shack overlooking the Brooklyn waterfront. Menu: mussels, crab cakes, grilled littleneck clams, peel and eat shrimp, steam pots, lobsters, crabs, steaks, and fried chicken
  • You're looking at the winner of their mini golf tourney. just sayin'
  • Mini golf while you wait for a table. Or belly-up to the upstairs bar, sip a (huge) frozen pina colada, and enjoy the view.
  • Four of the waiters/busboys got into a physical fight amongst each other right next to our table. Lots of swearing and scuffling. Food is good, though.
  • Didn't mind waiting 85 mins for table, but waiting 10 mins for a server, then 40 mins no food. We got up and left this shitty place for The Good Fork. It was great
  • Great view from the deck. Seared scallops w/ bacon & kale were great, as was mac n cheese w/ lobster. Still working some kinks out with the service. A little pricey, but good food & good times.
  • Mixed feelings about the service, seems to be still working out kinks. Snow crab very good though! Great view.
  • It's new it's chaos but will be a fab red hook venue with great vine and view... Just a bit of patience world
  • Am sitting right next to Bklyn Mayor Marty Markowitz.
  • Sit on the deck, look out over the water, and grab a frozen pia colada. Imagine Jimmy Buffet is sitting next to you. Red Hook is the new Bahamas.
  • Sit upstairs to get a view of the Statue of Liberty in the distance while you eat.
  • Delicious seafood, if you like shellfish (crab, lobster, etc.) And a beautiful view of the water, the sunset (if dining in the evening) and of the Statue of Liberty.
  • With a miniature golf course and outdoor waterfront seating, this Red Hook bar and restaurant is a great spot to enjoy a leisurely drink on a warm and sunny afternoon.
  • Lots of beer on tap, corn hole, delicious seafood, MINI GOLF! What else do you need? And it's across the street from Fairway, so you can go grocery shopping after you feast.
  • Owner Rachel was nice, always a neat touch when the proprietor comes and greets guests. Good prices and GREAT seafood, some of the best peel-n-eat shrimp and lobster I've had.
