Foursquare Tips

  • get the burger! just do it
  • Classic space for a classic drink
  • Great couches overlooking the Common for dinner.
  • Do not go for the so-called Dessert Bar on Saturday Nights! Very limited options - everything is served on a single round table, plus a small crepe/ice cream station that takes forever to place order.
  • Get the Bristol Burger! 8oz of prime chuck beef and a toasted bun. It is garnished with tomatoes, lettuces, red onion, homemade pickles, and served with truffle fries. About 120 are sold each day.
  • Try the burger!
  • Still the very best Martini & Burger in town
  • I never get beyond the burger, with a cocktail of course! I come here to feel pampered when that is called for.
  • Great scene
  • A good brasserie in 4 Seasons!
  • Classy place for a good drink next to the common.
  • Others I was with got the burger and thought it was great (supposed to be the best in town). I really liked the chicken Milanese with salad if you're looking for a slightly lighter option
  • Beautiful restaurant/lounge at the Four Seasons, don't miss their Parmesan truffle fries and for dessert, the Toffee pudding was so delicious
  • Great cocktails and desserts.
  • Check out Bristol Lounge as seen on Food Paradise
  • A place as hip as that old pair of brown loafers you find a the thrift shop.
  • The cocktails are outstanding. Take out a second mortgage before you go.
  • Definitely give the seasonal drinks a try. Personally loved the Raspberry Rickey on a sunny summer day. Ahi Tacos are also the bomb.
  • (Best of Boston 2013-SECRET) Improper Bostonian says, "Everyone knows the Bristol is the city's swankiest playground, while chef Brooke Vosika's Bristol Burger is an object of obsession."
  • Come on the first Friday of the month from 5 to 7 pm for a Champagne tasting. The bar's justly famous for its burgers. Green Guide Editor
