Ah Christmas, a time of never ending eating and gift giving.

Bowery Meat Company, by John McDonald, the same guy who brought you Lure Fishbar, along with partner/chef Josh Capon, is here to bring you delicious steaks and other creative American plates with a bit of a twist to them. After all, what better way to spend the holidays than with a fantastic dinner cooked by a renowned chef?
It’s a little on the expensive side, but just trust us, it’s the best way you’ll spend your money all year. You’ll get to start out with bites like Roasted Cauliflower Steak, Zucchini Carpaccio and Foie Gras and Chicken Liver Parfait. Then you’ll get to enjoy tasty pastas like Short Rib Ravioli with bacon, rosemary butter and aged balsamic or the Duck Lasagna for two.
If you’re looking for something a little more substantial, obviously go for an infamous meat option like the Pork Ribeye or the Bone-In Filet Mignon. If you’re really looking to spoil yourself this year, split the Cote de Boeuf for Two with your favorite relative, or get the Wagyu Prime Rib a la Plancha with a mushroom bordelaise for yourself.
