  • Full Body Conditioning with Eddie at 630am on Wednesdays is a great workout! (With great music)
  • Be nice to the hardworking people at the front desk.
  • men need to learn to use towels in the bathroom. no need to walk around naked wtf!
  • Use manners and proper gym etiquette. This isn't a social club. It's a gym.
  • The gym towels are great when they come "fresh out the oven" :)
  • The tvs are usually broken :(

  • Melanie is the best personal trainer... Her cardio kickbox class is an amazing workout too!
  • Tuesdays 630pm Ab class is the best.
  • Get scanned today and find out what your antioxidant levels are. 5:30-7:30 at entrance.
  • Spin class with bob rocks on Sunday!!
  • The women at the front desk are always very friendly.
