  • They apparently changed their rules and don't accept reciprocal memberships they did before. Call to make sure before you go :/
  • Take advantage of the volunteers at the museums exhibits to answer questions about things ranging from the first day of school to child development.
  • Bring a quarter for your locker.
  • The Children's Museum in Boston displays a giant milk bottle on the museum's wharf. If it were real it would hold 50,000 gallons of milk and 8,620 gallons of cream.
  • If you come after 4pm tickets are 1/2 price, but you only have an hour to enjoy. Fun place for kids and kids at heart. Beware of the slippery floors in the bubble room!
  • This is the perfect place to make you feel like a kid again; Check out the giant inflatable Arthur & 40-foot-tall Hood milk bottle or the Japanese silk merchants house and hands-on art studio.
  • If you're going to come here at least 4 or 5 times in a year, get a membership! It'll pay for itself.
  • Do not go here if you hate children. I've never seen so many wildlings in my life!
