  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 2 cup diced jicama
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 jalapeƱos, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mint
  • juice from 2 large limes
  • salt, to taste
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, strawberries, jicama, cilanto, red onion, jalapeƱo, red pepper, mint, and lime juice. Stir until well combined. Season with salt, to taste.
