Tips

  • nice outdoor seating - you can check out the crowd at Coffee Shop across the street
  • Order the Ginger-Soy Lacquered Chilean Sea Bass soba noodles, tatsoi, shiitake miso broth
  • ask to sit in the jazz room to enjoy live music during dinner 7 nights a week OR for a small private party call 212-331-0328 and ask for the "bank vault" (it's historic!)
  • the calamari is scrumptious
  • Lobster Bisque. Love it!
  • Noisy and always crowded. Food is OK.
  • The seafood tower. Wow!
  • Jazz downstairs is always great, and you can't go wrong with the simply grilled shrimp & scallops
  • Love lunch special !!!
  • Banana Tower for dessert.
  • Nice vibe downstairs with jazz!!
  • Time to party into 2012! Cheers here: http://www.brguesthospitality.com/group-blog/5432newyearseve2012
  • Happy Holidays- get a $20 gift card on us, when you spend $100 from 11/28-12/12 at www.shopbrguestinc.com!
  • Pear dessert was quite possibly best pear flavor I have ever had.
  • One of the Be Our Guest Restaurants. Always Elegant. Always Busy. And Always Amazing Seafood! But you better come ready with your American Express Card. On the pricey end. Well worth it though!
  • Great dirty martinis! What do I hate the most? Someone in the restroom turning the taps on for me! Why do places do this? Stop it!!
  • Try the lobster/shrimp sandwich for lunch!
  • Definitely get the calamari
  • At Sunday brunch if it looks packed with a line, ask to be seated downstairs. Same food, usually less or no waiting, and live jazz too!
  • Seafood tower is always a crowd pleaser and they will make substitutions if need be for certain items. Great spot!
