Foursquare Tips

  • Cozy pub with a good selection of whiskies. Enjoyed a Talisker Double Matured Distiller's Edition here (amongst others). I dug.
  • Must try their local beer.. Half pint for 1.80!!

  • I went at lunch time on a weekday. It was almost empty. Service okay, food nice (pub grub - gourmet burger and chips - no skin on the chips, yay). Decent quantity - couldn't finish it all.

  • "The Listening Room" is a cosy open mic night that happens here every Sunday from 8pm. Great event for local acoustic music!
