Foursquare Tips

  • Who knew this place existed? No neon signs advertise that it is here, behind solid walls. But walk from the blue line to the red line, and look up to see the atrium for a full shopping mall!
  • Clean restrooms on floor 2 with Dyson airblades
  • If you are hungry, check out Simply Thalia in the pedway for some great food and happy hour deals. They offer validated parking, the only business that offered discount parking in the mall!
  • Good access to the pedway, red & blue lines.
  • Still waiting on interesting restaurants and a better mix of stores here. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Even on Saturday during the holiday shopping season no one's here.
  • Come rdy to shop, eat & enjoy WiFi!!
  • Best public restrooms in the loop, on level 2
  • This mall is close to 3/4 vacant after a few years. Knowing that it is also sitting on top of the empty $250 million taxpayer funded CTA station should infuriate every Chicagoan!
  • Great place for a quick sandwich at Which Wich, or you can use the pedway to travel in the loop underground when it's cold or rainy outside
  • Nice place to walk through to get out of the heat. The food places on the lower level are perfect for walking between the Red and Blue lines. Beard Papa's cream puffs are beyond words. So good.
  • Avoid bad weather! Connect red to blue at Monroe without setting foot outside! (grab a pretzel from Auntie Anne while you're at it)!
  • Beautiful infrastructure, failure to launch. Bad timing with the economy? I have faith in you, Block 37! You'll sparkle soon!
  • You can still access CTA Washington Blue Line stop after mall hours. Head down the Red Line staircase entrance near front of Disney store than walk through the mall from Red line to Blue line.
  • This is a great place to just hang out. Check out Simply Thalia in the pedway. Awesome food.
  • This is accessible from the Pedway and is a fun detour. You'd never realize it was a mall when you pass it on the street.
  • A Sephora is located here as well.
  • Too few bathrooms, and they are too small.
  • Home of one of the Hot Tix locations. Great place to buy half price tickets to over 200 theatres in Chicago.
  • A lovely center, nice to walk through and escape the crowds of State Street.
  • Get to Bucketfeet before the end of the year for the coolest shoes ever!!
