Foursquare Tips

  • Members of the East Coast Grill diaspora are making succulent dry-rub pork ribs, sweet-potato salad, bacony collards, buttermilk-fried onion rings, fried pickles, and hunks of sweet corn bread.
  • The pork sandwich is best with either the "sweet" or "chipotle" sauce and a side of the chili mac. The innovative menu, which includes a delicious ranch sauce for fried pickles, should be explored.
  • Gotta tell ya, Karl's spot on about the brisket.
  • Each entree is better than the last! I love the ribs. Great sides also.
  • The best BBQ in Town
  • Highly recommend the burnt ends! So good.
  • A must. So yummy and the Asian slaw
  • Take it to go and eat a BBQ picnic on the beach!
  • The fried chicken plate available on Wednesdays only
  • The burnt ends and fried chicken livers are awesome! Drinks are very good, too!
  • Great take on a dark and stormy.
  • You have to try the fried pickles! !!
  • It is fabulous, hello! It's changing the dynamics of this beautiful little town! Wonderful addition, amazing food, but most of all, owner and staff are awesome!
  • Place is currently closed for renovations. Should be open by May 2014
  • Had the bacon wrapped "Highway Burger" which although they are all cooked to a medium consistency, was pleasantly spicy. The Celtic is a smoked corned beef sandwich w/ a fried egg & cole slaw. Unreal!
  • Fried Chicken Wednesdays. 'Nuff said.
  • FYI this place is BYOB. And the guys here are the best!
  • Dry rub ribs and Carolina pork were awesome. The burnt ends were a little flavorless for me. The bacon and corn salad was basically salsa. The mac and cheese was good. Will be back to try more!
  • Try the Celtic: smoked corned beef, fried egg, slaw on a bun. Slap yer grandma good.
  • Amazing food! They even have sweet tea!
