Denny's Bacon Slamburger
What’s in a name? Not much, but the Bacon Slamburger sure is catchy. It also overflows with meat, hash browns, bacon, egg, and cheese — a winning (albeit artery-clogging) combination. See all burger recipes. Click here to see How to Make Fast Food at Home.

Beef
This is a simple ground beef dish with a slight Asian flair. There is a touch of soy sauce and sugar to give it that dynamic flavor. This dish is perfect served with some fluffy rice and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. This recipe utilizes the “Sauté” and “Pressure Cook” functions of the Instant Pot, although you can make in any other multi-cooker. Best Ground Beef Recipes

Copycat Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette
Americas’ most popular burrito chain also serves an addictive salad dressing that tastes incredible on just about anything. Because we love it so much, we have tested and perfected a version of Chipotle’s Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette that’s easy enough for any home cook to prepare and rivals the original. This vinaigrette is so versatile that it’s perfect drizzled simply on top of crisp romaine salad, but also works great as a dip and makes a wonderful appetizer served with a crudité. You can also use this dressing to marinate chicken, fish, and even beef.

This is one deliciously rich way to use up your leftover Tagalong cookies. Whip up a simple frying batter, heat your oil, and then dip the cookies in the batter before frying to a perfect golden-brown. Dust the fritters with powdered sugar and serve while warm and the centers are still melted.

Garlic Aïoli
This variation on a traditional Provençal sauce is worlds away from store-bought mayonnaise. Use this assertively flavored condiment on sandwiches to give them a garlicky kick; use it as a dip for roasted eggplant or zucchini, or even just celery and carrot sticks; and use it judiciously on side dishes like roasted potatoes to give them a leg up.

Kimchi Bokkeumbab (Kimchi Fried Rice)
Hugh Jackman provided me some inspiration for tonight's dinner, Ginger Fried Rice Korean-style, a dish he apparently loves according to People magazine (but I'm thinking the wife would probably had benefited from some kind of soup for her sudden sickness). When he was younger, his father used to do a lot of business in Korea so he was exposed to the food and fell in love with it. Enough so to become a goodwill ambassador for Seoul and a fan-favorite in Korea. Anyways, I found this article in People today and decided to change it up a little bit (adding scrambled eggs and Korea's staple food kimchi). The family loved it along with a bean sprout banchan side dish that I prepared for them. The recipe provided is my version of this delicious recipe.  This and other recipes can be found at www.oliviajasonkim.com. ^^
