Ingredients
  • 2 cans (16 oz each) rosarita® low fat black bean refried beans
  • 1 can (10 oz each) ro*tel® original diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1 can (8 oz each) hunt's® tomato sauce-no salt added
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
Directions
  1. Combine refried beans, liquid from tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and cumin in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Spoon evenly into 6 shallow bowls.
  3. Top each with drained tomatoes and avocado.
