Sharing With A Theme: Coffee

The Daily Meal reached out to our own Culinary Content Network of bloggers for their favorite recipes that include our favorite morning pick-me-up: coffee!

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

For this recipe author Peter Block of Feed Your Soul Too used a Keurig Brew Over Ice and made Vietnamese Coffee.  What exactly is Vietnamese coffee you ask?  Coffee was first introduced to the Vietnamese in the 19th century and they made it their own by adding sweetened condensed milk. By adding a tablespoon or two of sweetened condensed milk to your ice coffee, you too can indulge in Vietnamese Iced Coffee.

Vanilla Perk Frappuccino

Iced coffee with an extra PERK! This tastes like an alcoholic Frappuccino with the playful additions of Bailey's and Rum.

Iced Coffee Granita with Maple Orange Cream

Next up, Emily Brees of Oat and Sesame, goes icy with this recipe for Iced Coffee Granita with Maple Orange Cream. She layers Italian hazelnut Frangelico liqueur and coffee with sweetened orange maple whipped cream. She reports that they may even be better in ice pop form! Check out her recipe here

Her attention to detail created such a beautiful recipe- which is why Emily is crowned this week's winner of SWAT!
