Ingredients
  • 12 ounce medium noodles
  • 1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup oil
Directions
  1. Cook noodles; drain.
  2. In large bowl, combine noodles with remaining kugel ingredients (not the topping).
  3. Mix well.
  4. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodle mixture.
  5. Bake in a nine- by 13-inch pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about one hour or until top is golden.
