Strawberry Lemonade
Fresh strawberries, hand-squeezed lemons, and water — the recipe may be simple, but it makes for a refreshing summer combination whose tartness and sweetness you can modify to your own taste using cold water. The strawberries should provide enough sweetness, but you can add some agave nectar or sugar if you really feel like you need to amp it up. Click here to see 9 Ways to Enjoy Summer Strawberries.

Eating clean has been a popular health trend recently, but that can be difficult when indulging in a cocktail. But, check out this recipe from Clean Eating for Busy Families by Michelle Dudash to see how you can still keep healthy when you're drinking.   This gorgeous, ruby red tea originates from the leaves of the hibiscus flower, a plant you’ve probably spotted in lush landscapes or tropical climates such as Mexico or Hawaii. Many coffee shops and tea brands market hibiscus tea under the name "Passion" or "Red Raspberry." Read the label and look for "hibiscus" listed as a main ingredient. The amount of agave nectar used will appeal to most party-goers; however, for light everyday sipping, I prefer a little less sweetener. For a boost, I might even fill half the glass with unsweetened brewed tea.

cocktail, recipe, london, olympics, 2012
With the Olympics well underway, we still wish we could be in London to celebrate the games. Fortunately, Michael Jordan's The Steak Houses (located in New York City, Chicago, and Connecticut) is offering its own take on English-style cocktails. (After all, Michael Jordan was an Olympian, too!) The Victorian Lemonade is from the Golden Age of cocktails, and is a twist on the traditional mint julep. As the Brits might say, cheers!
