Jello shots
Companies like The Drop Wine exclusively specialize in canned wine. Founder and CEO Alexis Beechen suggests celebrating May 25 by making your own rosè Jell-O shots. These variations on a college staple are (slightly) more adult. Because who doesn't love a cool throwback?

Watermelon Jell-O Shots
If you were a sporty type at school, you may remember those little orange slices that were given out at half-time during matches. A momentary respite from jumping and leaping in the air on a cold windy netball court in the depths of winter seems to be a vivid memory from my early teenage years. Naturally, giving you a recipe for orange slices may have proven uninspiring so, with a bit of cooking magic, I would like to introduce you to my watermelon Jell-O shots... A happy walk down memory lane with a very modern twist. For an alcoholic version, replace ½ cup of the water with some vodka. Excerpt from Everyday Easy by Lorraine Pascale.

Lemoncello Jell-O Shots
Remove these sassy sunshine slices from the freezer or fridge an hour or so before you want to use them so they soften slightly before eating. Of course, these can be made for the kiddies, but for adults I like to add a generous ½ cup of lovely, luscious limoncello to 1 ¾ cups of water. No need to heat it; just dissolve the jelly in boiling water, add the gelatin leaves, then finish with the limoncello and sugar. Excerpt from Everyday Easy by Lorraine Pascale.
