Instant Pot Spinach Frittata
Total time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Pour olive oil into a pan that fits your Instant Pot.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the pan and mix a bit.
  3. Cover the pan with foil.
  4. Pour water into the Instant Pot and correctly place the trivet.
  5. Place the pan onto the trivet.
  6. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
  7. After cooking ends, let the steam release naturally and serve hot.
