Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1/4 Cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slider buns

Directions

Place eggs, celery, green chiles, red onion, mustard and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and gently stir until well incorporated. Fill each slider bun with 1/2 cup egg salad. Serve.
