Fun and Festive Easter Goodies
Whether you do brunch, lunch, or dinner with the family, an Easter celebration wouldn’t be complete without some festive sweet treats.
Country Crock® helps make baking easy and fun for the whole family, which makes Easter baking the perfect choice for this week’s SWAT (Sharing With A Theme).
We put the Culinary Content Network to the test to come up with wonderful baked goods for Easter, and here are some of the highlights:
- Shaina Wizov from Take a Bite Out of Boca brings us homemade egg-shaped chocolate-coated peanut butter candy.
- Alexis from Upside Down Pear brings us better-for-you carrot cake doughnuts, made with whole wheat flour and carrots and baked instead of fried.
- This week’s winner comes from Linda Warren at 2 Cookin’ Mamas, who takes the flavors from traditional key lime pie and turns it into pastel-colored key lime cake topped with raspberry frosting.
All of the recipes featured can be made at home for about $20 or less, excluding the cost of small amounts of basic ingredients such as butter, oil, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and other dried herbs and spices.
