Lobster BLT
As far as sandwiches are concerned, there are few combinations in this world more perfect than crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on toast. The simple, yet elegant balanace of a well-crafted BLT is pure bliss on its own. Perhaps the only way to improve this sandwich is to add a layer of buttery lobster meat.  This dish is not for the faint of heart or the waistline conscious — truly luxurious is the only way to describe it. Those willing to put in the time and the effort to create this meal will certainly be rewarded, this is unquestionably one of the best sandwiches that I've ever eaten.  Click here for more lobster recipes.

Spiced Turkey Burgers With Mango Chutney recipe - The Daily Meal
Sweet, spicy, fruity and jammy, mango chutney is a powerhouse ingredient common in Indian cuisine that can liven up even the most mild-mannered of dishes. To complement the chutney we added some garam masala to the ground turkey, as well as a pinch of cayenne for a little fire. Stirring a little melted butter into the turkey mixture prevented the meat from drying out during cooking, and some Worcestershire added extra meaty flavor. This recipe is by America’s Test Kitchen and was originally published in the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

Soft Shell Crab Sandwich with Harissa Aioli
Soft shell crabs are an east coast delicacy only available during the warmer months. Their crispy texture and rich flavor match up well against the dynamic spices and heat of the harissa aioli. — Courtesy of David Seigal, Executive Chef of Cull & Pistol Oyster Bar

Chicken and Apple Lettuce Wraps
As the weather warms up in most parts of the country, the season of picnics, barbecues, camping, and playing in the yard returns. It’s the perfect time to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature: the chirping birds, the sound of a distant lawnmower, and fireflies glowing in the dusk. We’ve created a recipe that we think pairs wonderfully with summertime, and it’s a cinch to pack for a picnic. This recipe makes eight servings (with four small lettuce wraps per serving), so if you have extra it’s great for leftovers too!Recipe courtesy of Juicy Juice.
