Bacon, Egg, and Cheese French Toast
Quick: Name two perfect breakfast foods. Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches and French toast, you say? So do we. So why not combine the two?  Even though the idea sounds like it might have been hatched late at night in a college dorm room, and we're sure it was at some point in time, we decided to go all-in and see what we could come up with. Thick slices of brioche-style pullman loaf get a soaking in salted eggs and a brown on the griddle, then two slices get filled with thick-sliced bacon and American cheese and finish melting in the oven.  The end result? Try it and find out for yourself.  Click here to see Fall in Love with Breakfast Again — at Dinner.

Everything is better with bacon. This hot, melty spin on your childhood favorite with fig jam, bacon, and American cheese will have you wondering why you were making your PB&J's all wrong your whole life. If you're not into American cheese, extra-sharp Cheddar works great here, too.

Carl's Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburger
Here’s a little trivia for you: Did you know that the WBCB (yes, it has a nickname) comes in three sizes (single, double, and the six-dollar version)? And that about 32 million combined were sold last year? Zac Efron and Padma Lakshmi just might — Efron said he "absolutely loves" them and Lakshmi starred in the commercial back in 2009. Here’s the recipe for the six-dollar version.   Click here to see How to Make Fast Food at Home.

So many people are trying to jazz up their grilled cheese recipes these days – and while I’m not hating it – I can’t resist a good old-fashioned grilled cheese. I like using sourdough bread for mine because I feel it gives the perfect amount of crunch. The use of American cheese pays homage to my Kraft singles days, while the Cheddar spruces things up a bit. Don’t shy away from the mayonnaise either, I promise it’ll taste like a regular grilled cheese, with just an extra hint of flavor and a lot more texture.

The Cadillac Burger
This burger is all about the classic ingredients — just a fresh ground beef patty, good old yellow American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion, and for the "Cadillac" touch, a little bit of hickory-smoked bacon.
