  • Store manager (Eric) was very helpful with an out of warranty return issue today. Was nice to have someone with a bit of humanity behind the counter for a change.
  • The girl who checked me out actually had communication skills and loves video games. Real nice too!
  • Their customer service sucks. Won't help me. Don't realize I'm trying to buy a $330 camera. Then you'd help me.
  • Always have had awesome service here. Purchased Apple Products & Canon products. Both high end product with high end service!

  • One of the worst best buys I've been too. They told me my warranty was up on my laptop, so they could not fix it. Then, a few months later, I got a letter telling me to upgrade my warranty.

  • My experience with most of the employees have been great, especially the gal at the mobile phone booth. The guy today though seem to be having a rough day.
