Oh, and did we mention they’re delicious? Perfect for celebrations both large and small, adult bevvy drinkers + non, a Bellini station is super simple to set up + a serious crowd pleaser. Peachy, eh?

{Makes 4-6 servings}

2 peaches {peeled, cored + chopped}
3 oz. raspberries
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 bottle sparkling rosé
1 orange
Mint

In a food processor, blend peaches, raspberries, orange juice + sugar until smooth.

Pour approx. 2 Tbsp. of peach puree into a champagne flute + fill remainder with sparkle rosé. Garnish with an orange wedge and mint. Serve immediately.

Pineapple Thyme Mocktail
{makes 4-6 servings}

1 pineapple {peeled, cored + chopped}
2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
36 oz. sparkling water
1 lime

In a saucepan, toss pineapple with 1 Tbsp. sugar over medium heat until pineapple is soft and sugar begins to caramelize. Transfer to a food processor. Add thyme leaves + puree until smooth.

Pour approx. 2 Tbsp. of pineapple puree into a champagne flute + fill remainder with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge + serve immediately.
