  • go to the bayou and order the 50/50 sweet potato fries and a dirty hoe
  • Congratulations, you've found one of Esquire's Best Bars in America. Nicknamed Beervana, offering more than 200 kinds of bottled beer. Start with Delirium Tremens and work your way around the globe.
  • Say no to jambalaya and get the GUMBALAYA!!
  • Not only the best beer selection in town, but also the best (maybe the only) cajon-themed restaurant. Beer is epic, but food is worth a visit as well.
  • If you give a crackhead a dollar, he'll just ask for more. If you spend that said dollar here at the bayou instead of giving it to that said crackhead, then we all win.
  • The 50/50 sweet potato fries and the chipotle hummus are both delicious!
  • Known for their dirty hoes for two...for one.
  • Best jazz in town!
  • Great selection of beer! You can get anything from a really hoppy IPA to a dark stout. Plus the Cajun style food is amazing. Try the po-boy and you won't be disappointed!
  • Red beans and rice and a Rogue Irish Ale is the ticket.
  • Good gumbo and jambalaya! It's not New Orleans, but probably the best you'll find in the SLC area, possibly UT.
  • Crawfish etouffee, chicken fried chicken and blackened catfish are all great choices here.
  • The catfish isn't fishy at all! Great for people that dislike fish~
  • Gumbolaya (mix of gumbo & jambalaya) is the best!!!!
  • Please order the Gumbolaya. This dish is INCREDIBLE!!
  • They now have Fresca
  • Along with more beer brands than you can shake a church key at, the Bayou's full dining menu is available until 11:30 p.m., and the kitchen remains open until 12:30.
  • Speciality: Cajun- and Creole-themed with a sprinkling of pub grubIf you are looking for desserts try the Deep Fried Twinkies or the Stout Float which is vanilla ice cream with Guinness draft.
  • First Turkey Burger, it was quite tasty. Can't wait to go back and try more things.
  • local & european beer, appetizers, pasta, friendly servers.
