Foursquare Tips

  • The High Strength Russian Imperial Stout was pro-am brewed by Uwe and David Schollmeyer and will be completing at the 2010 GABF in Denver this Sept.
  • SunUp Brewing is the sort of spot some Phoenix diners and drinkers put into heavy rotation because of affordable vittles, an amiable atmosphere, and, naturally, the in-house beers.
  • Great menu and all beers are amazing!
  • While SunUp has a range of rotating drafts, our favorite has to be the staple Light Rail Cream Ale, which is a very mild and drinkable beer perfect for hot summer days.
  • This is one of my top 3 local breweries. Always quality beer on tap!!
  • One word: AMBER.
  • Barleywine at 9.7% !!!
  • Barley Wine Beer is addicting!!!!
  • New food menu begins today.
  • The pins of cask ale are not to be missed here. Sometimes there is a second one tapped in the brewhouse bar.
  • Only place in Phoenix that has cask-conditioned beer every day.
  • I love the Young Modern Apple Lager
  • Thirsty? They have a good tap list that includes a laundry list of local beers like the Light Rail Cream Ale and the Stinger Pale Ale. Don't forget to ask about their list of seasonal beers. Cheers!
  • Green chili pulled pork and Sonoran Salad! We want to try something else, but we're addicted!
  • Nikki....best server in the place!
  • One of my fav. brew in the Valley. Happy hour is great (1/2 apps and $1 pints). Beers are fantastic and food is equally as good!
  • The garlic parmesan fries are awesome.
  • Seem to always have a beer on cask. I'd start with that.
  • AZ Beer Week '12 is coming up! Feb 18-25, visit SunUp and other hot spots statewide for events, specials + more. Stay updated at www.facebook.com/AZBeerWeek or
  • Really good spicy spinach artichoke dip. OM NOM.
