  • Monday through Thursday- reverse happy hour is the best! Drafts, house wines for $3
  • Baltimore's Best Bars 2012: "We love the pizza and affordable happy hour prices, but this is a place to savor the rich history and atmosphere."
  • Get a Maker's Mark Manhattan ... it will be half vermouth and cost you $14!
  • Now under new ownership the place is seeing a real revival in its level of service and food quality. Check out the awesome paninis and don't forget to get ice cream after dinner.
  • Baltimore's Best Bars 2013: " The bar located on the Belvedere Hotels first floor retains a sense of history thats easy to feel but difficult to accurately describe."
  • Good food, great server(Jimmy), and overwhelming feeling of peace!
  • The Owl Bar, Great Burgers in Mount Vernon
  • get the yard of beer or the umami burger.
  • I know you're thinking, "This place looks good". It's not. Just turn around and leave.
  • Great historic bar with a terrific "Prohibition" back story.
  • Cool spot for a late-night drink
  • Duck fat fries, craft cocktails, draft beer
  • Twenty beers on tap and delicious food. Be aware: Owl Bar will not split a check between more than three credit cards.
  • Avoid on Friday night: service drags. Bartenders seem more interested in clustering by the service window & chatting with other staff or watching the Os game. Didn't even ask if I wanted a 2nd drink.
  • Its a great bar, but service is a little slow!!!
  • Walk through the lobby of the Belvedere, try to shake the feeling that you are in the Shining, the bar is at the back
  • Could be a good place except for that tall meat head type bartender--- see below tip
  • Awesome history, great vibe, good food & drink (when they're all stocked up).
  • Count the owls! See if you can find them all.
  • They still are incapable of supplying everything they list on the menu - Long Live "The OUT Bar!"
