Tips

  • My favorite bar in Phoenix. Great beer, live music, friendly crowd... and art.
  • Fun place for a drink on a monthly First Friday...
  • Great if you're: 1) single and just want to get out of the house without dealing with a lot of hype or 2) looking for a place for a very casual date with a beer & music lover.
  • Nice place to go when you want to feel like you'll never be cool enough. Oh, sometimes they have local hip hop which is cool.
  • The owners took an old farmhouse, stuffed it with weathered tables, an art gallery of local stuff, and a heck of a beer list. Grab a drink, walk around. Sometimes the best seat isnt a seat at all.
  • The unspeakable truth: Tato...lost...his...hat... 04/14/11...
  • Great place that doesn't feel like a "pick up" spot.
  • Not much to look from the outside but on the inside truly a gift to witness and simply just be there. So warm, cozy, hip and happening. GREAT for a drink or to catch live music... Every night BTW!
  • check out @coatsandvilla
  • What you will find is a huge selection of the best craft beer around (including gluten-free and organic brews), an unbeatable wine list.
  • Great beer list, great ambiance, great live music. Awesome bartenders. It's too bad that it's gotten so crowded on the weekends, but it's still fantastic! One of my very favorite bars in metro PHX.
  • Xingu is a great choice. Dark, but sweet.
  • Amazing selection of bottled beer. Come on a non-First Friday night. Good live music at times, too!
  • Only bottle beer and live music... chill time
  • If you want your dick knocked in the dirt, go see Running from Bears every 2nd Monday of the month starting at 9:30.
  • The Lost Leaf is the best place to watch a FREE show. Mostly local artists but national acts come through too. Also, the only small venue that's open 365 days. There's a show almost every night.
  • breckenridge vanilla porter = heaven in a beer bottle. *nom nom nom*
  • amazing beer selection... enjoyed it.
  • Green Flash IPA is amazing if you're into hoppy, skunky brews.
  • Try the dogfish head Midas Touch while they still have it!
