Foursquare Tips

  • Go to the Elbo Room in the Mission, and head upstairs to see the live music.
  • Go upstairs on Christmas day. \m/
  • Younger San Francisco crowd and great dancing jams.
  • Check out Soul night (~every two weeks on Saturday night)
  • 5 pinball machines in the back, but the lighting is kind of junk. Beware of The Simpsons machine as the tilt fucked up and it's set to be really stingy on free balls.
  • Possibly the darkest bar in SF so heads up....
  • Seriously, one of the best happy hour spots in the mission. This place has a cool vibe, a photo booth, arcade games, a dj, and get this you can get a pint of good beer for $3.50 until 9pm!
  • Get the fucking tall boys
  • Check out the infamous $7 Moscow Mule, made with vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer. Its big, its delicious, and itll make you want to go upstairs to try out your dancing shoes.
  • A little hipster, a little yuppie = exactly my style. Love this place.
  • PINT SIZE COCKTAILS
  • Photo booth and pinball!
  • Is it between 5-9 p.m.? Settle in for happy hour(s) at a very chill Elbo Room. ($2 draft pint, or $1 off drinks) Leave with a photo booth strip to tack on the fridge.
  • Great spot for pinball and beer after dinner at Monk's Kettle.
  • I never go for the bar downstairs. It's all about the live music, or djs going on upstairs. Expect crowds, lots of marijuana smoke, and a diverse crowd. Usually someone there with no deodorant. :-)
  • This place is pretty crowded. One could say there's not a lot of "elbow room"
  • Hip mission bar and music venue with a communist theme. Bar downstairs, music venue upstairs.
  • Free wifi and excellent happy hour specials. Place is hot. Muy, muy caliente.
  • Pacman machines in view of the band at the back. My kind of place.
  • Make sure to dress up for Soul Party night! You'll pay half price cover. And the music is great.
