Tips
- Incredible in every way! The menu is short but the food is all about quality and presentation.
- Everything was fantastic! Our favorites: pierogis, potato pancakes, deviled eggs and the skirt steak.
- Do yourself a favor. If you're in Chicago, have dinner here. Everything was astounding. Try the beef cheek pierogis and the chicken paprikash. All of the desserts are awesome.
- Appearances matter, and Bohemian House is a beauty. But the food rewarded me for judging this book by its cover. The menu is a slim one, but youll kick yourself for not being able to order it all.
- We tried 6 things at our table and everything was great. Really enjoyed the fish and chicken entrees.
- Befitting the restaurant's Czech focus, the beer list is well-curated, featuring plenty of crisp lagers, foamy pilsner and an especially funky Hop Nosh IPA from Uinta Brewing Co. in Salt Lake City.
- Coffee & Donuts!
- Amazing food and cocktails! Get the strawberry basil and the steak tartar with bone marrow
- Everything
- WE went as a group dinner with a limited menu The Pretzels were huge and very tasty. I enjoyed the beef cheek Ravioli. The Duck and speatzle was great and for desser the cinnimon ice cream was yummy
- Good sausages, the sides were salty
- Try the Infused Fashioned.
- Mimosa flight was awesome - pomegranate, passion fruit and blood orange. Duck egg and pork schnitzel sandwich was a 2-person portion but so good.
- If your understanding of Czech food is limited to the dumpling palaces of the western burbs, this hip River North spot will be a revelation.
- Service was EXCELLENT! The beef striploin was So GOOD! I think my favorite thing was the mini pear sorbet with whipped goat cheese and a thin dark chocolate wafer brought to us post dinner. #sogood
- Wild Mushrooms and Beet salad are delicious.
- Great cocktails and beer selections. The beer flights are really great. Menu selection has some vegetarian options, but is generally hearty meat dishes.
- Fabulous brunch cocktails, a unique menu, and a gorgeous space lands Bohemian House on our must-brunch list.
- Hearty fare, simple yet elegant
- At brunch, try the open-faced pork schnitzel sandwich, smoked beef tongue hash, and a strawberry kolacky.
