  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and roasted
  • 3/4 Cups homemade ketchup*
  • 3/4 Cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 Tablespoons dry mustard
  • 3/4 Teaspoons salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon rosemary

Directions

Crush the roasted garlic and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
