This condiment may have a ton of ingredients, but it's the easiest to make. Just measure, blend, and serve.

Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and roasted
- 3/4 cup homemade ketchup*
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
- Crush the roasted garlic and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
