Foursquare Tips

  • A Senegalese staple in the heart of Little Senegal. Come here for your standards like Thiebou Djeune. The dining style is very communal, but they will get up and give your own table if you're American
  • Amazing Senegalese. Go for lunch, order the lamb maafe (peanut curry)
  • Lamb in hot peanut sauce
  • Big portions of slammin food. Fried plantains are so good w/ the fish and the onion salad. And the ginger drink is spicy and sweet. Don't sweat the service for sit down dining. Take out takes forever.
  • guaranteed that you will enjoy a culinary adventure here. Really interesting food, hard to find elsewhere on the island.
  • Delicious Senegalese food, although the service is not great. Try one of their daily lunch specials (weekends too)a whole lot of food for $10. Try the Thiebu Djen, its awesome.
  • Yes, everyone who works here is ignoring you. Get over it. The food's delicious.
  • You go for the food not for the service.
