Foursquare Tips

  • Start with the silky corn bisque: you will not regret it.
  • Love the fruit plate - super fresh!
  • The halibut is out of this world... Like butter in your mouth!
  • Loved the duck toast and crab peppers. Choose the venison and the salmon entrees, both of which were delish. The turtle ice cream was delish too!
  • Try Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close (1 of 9 specialty drinks, designed for an Oscar Best Picture nominee, through 2-26) Stoli Blueberry Vodka, Chateau Pomari, lemonade, Sprite and fresh lime mix.
  • Try the creme brle trio. I didn't think I'd be into the candy cane version, but the flavor was subtle. Fantastic!
  • The perfect place to eat after a show at the Capitol Theater - all the food is amazing!
  • Have to have the bleu cheese chips. Fantastic.
  • Roasted clams - not bad
  • Filet w truffle souce/ turtle dessert with snow falling in the backround. Makes for a perfect Birthday night in SLC.
  • Love the corn bisque
  • The lamb t-bone is one of the greatest i ever had!!!! Just delicious!!!
  • Croque Madame. Try it. It's like breakfast in sandwich form and you get crispy French fries.
  • Blue Cheese House Cut Potato Chips,
  • Try the Pork Duo - Wow! Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin and balsamic glazed ribs with seared chard and cheddar-green chili grits
  • Cabernet braised Angus beef short ribs that fall off the bone and are served on top of a to-die-for truffled macaroni and cheese. Cornished hens. Beet salad. Delish!
  • Beet salad is amazing with dual dressings, nuts and goat cheese
  • Blue cheese chips and crab stuffed peppers for Smalls and Scallops for entree.
  • For breakfast the duck confit is great
  • The quail is phenomenal!
