Foursquare Tips

  • This Pittsburgh chain has a huge selection of items: bagels, sandwiches, omelets, soups, and even burgers! They brew Coffee Tree Roasters, too.
  • The one on Craig street is awesome! Ben is the best
  • Wheat everything+ light veggie cream cheese. Cannot go wrong!
  • Not always the fastest but the food is pretty decent.
  • They'll give you discounted refills on coffee and tea if you ask really nicely
  • If you have time to kill, the bagel factory in squirrel hill (on Forbes) is much, much better.
  • Very overpriced for a mediocre, glorified bagel place. Slow, unfriendly service, and you can forget about connecting to their wi-fi.
  • The Pitt burger is dope.
  • Order the honey oat bagel IT'S SO GOOD.
  • Start nearly every morning getting a bagel after my morning job. $3 gets a cream cheese bagel to stsrt my day. And in warmer times, would sit at the porch and enjoy the sun.
  • If Smallman Street Deli is too far and you're craving some matzo ball soup, the soup here is cheap and not too bad. $4 gets you a big bowl and a bagel!)
  • The Pitt Burger is amazing!
  • I've really tried to like this place&support it instead of the chain across the street but every time I've been here the personnel is rude&indifferent at best! This is the fastest way to lose customers
  • Unique, cool environment to have coffee and work solo or with a group
  • Good bagels. Decent espresso. Friendly staff
  • Their burgers are surprisingly good
  • Bagel sandwiches are ok. Not worth it.
  • The Bagel Factory will always be Kiva Han to me.
  • The vibe: pretty good, especially if you're near a window. The bagels? Not so good. Strangely enough, the burgers here are great.
  • This place is actually awful. Bring back Kiva Han
