Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados - diced
  • 4 Ounces can white beans (northern white bean, navy or cannellini) - rinsed and drained
  • 1 head​​ garlic - roasted
  • 1 Tablespoon ​ lemon juice
  • 4 Ounces olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 pinch​​ black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 325º

Place garlic head with top cut off onto sheet of foil, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Wrap garlic head in foil pouch and place in oven for 40 minutes.

In bowl add diced avocado, lemon juice, white beans and cooled roasted garlic.  Drizzle with olive oil and blend adding sea salt and black pepper to taste.
