Beginning Saturday, August 1, Snuffer’s will be serving up two special sandwiches and a spicy twist on their legendary Cheddar Fries.
The Hatch Chile Cheeseburger and Chicken Sandwich start with Snuffer’s 100% fresh ground chuck burger or grilled chicken breast, then are adorned with Hatch chile peppers and diced onions, bacon crumbles, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo.
As if that wasn’t spicy enough, be sure to add an order of Hatch Chile Cheese Fries made from hand-cut Idaho potatoes and topped with diced Hatch green chiles and Chihuahua cheese.
Did you just say “Ay Chihuahua!?”
Alas, these creative recipes are too hot to last forever, so be sure to come by often between now and Monday, August 31, to get your hatch chile fix!
