Atlanta Pre- Independence Day Party!

Busy on July 4th? Good you should be! But if you're in the Atlanta area and want to start your Independence Day celebrations early, you should stop by the Fourth of July Barbecue at Woodfire Grill.

Executive Chef Tyler Williams is preparing a barbecue feast this Wednesday, July 3rd, from 5:30 p.m. all the way until 11. The restaurants annual "BBQ and Beer" will offer summertime favorites like chicken thigh, skillet cornbread with butter, and beef brisket with Carolina mustard vinegar and other signature Memphis-style sauces (yum). Of course, what's a barbecue without sides? Williams is preparing coleslaw, potato salad, green beans with bacon and more. If that isn't enough, Pastry Chef Karie Brown is preparing the perfect summer dessert for guests: peach cobbler a la mode, and cherry pie.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy a good beer (for a good cause!) as well. The benefits of the $6 drafts go to Atlanta's SweetWater campaign; the organization benefits the protection of the Chattahoochee River.

Tickets to the all-American BBQ are $38, and reservations are suggested.
