- Make a genius bar appointment before you come in for a shorter wait time for technical support.
- Buy an iPod Classic, it holds way more music than an iPod Touch.
- Don't show up 5 minutes late for your appointment, you'll have to wait an extra 30+ minutes
- Make sure you check in with the people at the front of the store. They can help you find the right people/products to make your visit painless.
- The genius Tony is the nicest genius I've ever had. Him and his boss worked together to make me happy with their service. Great customer service.
